Well a couple of weeks ago I read this blog and I was right. You look great! So here's my advice, it may or may not be good advice for you. It's o.k. to have one of those days! Think of it as a reward for all that you have accomplished. I think once a month is o.k. Only you know what works best for you. I have adjusted to what works for me because if I'm not happy with my workout routine I get discouraged and it keeps me from working out. Keep doing what you are doing.
