Why did I do that?

Filed under "Keeping it real"......

 I guess today is what you call a splurge day.  In the 6 months I've been changing to a healthy lifestyle, I have have eaten few meals out, and they were always carefully chosen.  Fast food was usually Subway.  Today, I decided to go to Taco Bell. And I ordered more than I would usually order.  I wanted to try a couple of new items.  I didn't expect to eat them all.  But I did.  All 1090 calories. I still have 12 calories left for today.  I'm going to go to Zumba tonight (and maybe stay for the strength class aferwards). 

And I think I will be sick.

  2. You've got to live, too. I don't eat fast food much at all anymore. It's just too processed. We're human, though, and I believe that you cannot deprive yourself of things you want. You only need to be conscious of your choices. It's progress, not perfection. And you've been pretty perfect for a LONG time!
