September totals

August was a bit of a rough month.  I wasn't able to exercise as often. I still managed to get to Zumba 1 or 2 times a week, and I walked or ran 1 or 3 times a week.  It's tough to find a balance of working full time, spending time with my family, being involved in church,  and trying to lose half my body weight.

I've also had a bit of a struggle with my food. I haven't been logging everything every day. I've made some poor choices.  Not horrible. Not over the top. No binges or such. Just a few more "treats" than I know I should have.  I know I have to learn to live with treats all around me. I just need to learn how to limit them without feeling deprived.

My numbers are going in the right direction, so I won't complain (too much!)

I'm down about pounds this month.  I say "about" because it's a new scale. I actually had not been on a scale in about 6 weeks. This morning, I stepped on the new scale, and I'm under 250!!

I'm total of 24 inches in three areas.

Measurements:
Waist: Down 8 inches
Chest: Down 9 inches
Hips: Down 7 inches

And now for the pictures:

This month, in addition to picture in the increasingly too big shirt, I decided to add a set if pictures in a smaller shirt.

  2. Has it hit you yet that you're really doing this? That you're sticking with it (even if imperfectly) and you're making it happen? Awesome progress, Julie!
