I've been slowly (too slowly!) trying to get back on track. I've been running more, walking more, and eating better, but not consistently overall. I am within 10 pounds of the lowest weight I've had since starting. This changes today. I am starting class five of my masters program. (By the way, I'm maintaining a 4.0 GPA!!). For the next 8 weeks, I will be focusing on Health and Wellness Coaching. My goals for the next 8 weeks:
- Drink no Diet Coke
- Drink lots of water
- Eat at 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
- Log at least 60,000 steps a week (average of 10,000 steps 5 days a week and 5000 steps 2 days a week).
- Run at least 2 times a week
- Check in on my blog at least 3 times a week
- Lose 10 pounds
Starting stats:
- Weight 248.3
- Waist 47
- Hips 55.5
- Ribs 42
- Chest 50
Wow, 4.0 gpa is super impressive, great job!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a good plan. Probably I something I need to do, too! :)
I just found your blog tonight and I am so happy that I did! I recently started blogging about running
ReplyDelete(found here: http://plussizedrunning.blogspot.de) and I am hoping to lose some weight with it (about 150lbs is my looooong term goal). I am going to see a nutritionist soon and it is so nice to see that everyone isn't perfect! I love how honest you are with us about cheating a little on the "diet" and sometimes loosing your motivation. Finally a REAL human! LOL Your progress is AMAZING! looking through your pictures you can see significant changes in just a month! That is some SERIOUS motivation! :) Anyway, thanks for being a real human and sharing your life and progress with us. ~America
