Music Monday: Words

Yesterday, someone made my day.  A friend walked up to me at church and said, "How much weight have you lost?" I told her 25 pounds.  With a huge smile, she said, "You look amazing!"  I practically floated into service!  That simple word made my entire day.

On the other side, a simple word can ruin a day.  I love this song from Hawk Nelson. "Let my words be life".

Words can build you up
Words can break you down
Start a fire in your heart
Or put it out

Let my words be life
Let my words be truth
I don't want to say a word
Unless it points the world back to You

    What a wonderful feeling that is to receive a compliment. Such a natural high that it helps keep you on track. I am glad that has happened to you.
