MIA




Just wanted to let you all know that I have not fallen off the blogosphere! I'm still logging my food and working out as often as I can.  But, as I've mentioned before, blogging will happen when I can.  This week, it just didn't happen.  And I'm okay with that!

Over the next few days (couple of weeks) be watching for more on my upcoming run. I've started collecting items I need for my running costume. Remember the theme is Alien Chase (since it's the anniversary of the 1947 "crash".)  First hint: my costume will be blue, white and black......

I'll leave you with some motivating thoughts....
