Progress...

My husband needs a total knee replacement.  Unfortunately, the insurance company has denied it due to his weight.  His weight has increased since he injured his knee about 18 months ago. The insurance company would be more than happy to pay for a gastric bypass.  John is not excited about that surgery for a couple of reasons. For one, he already has many of the GI problems that are common with post-surgery patients.

Also, if he chose to do the surgery, it would be at least 6 months before the procedure, and it would still take a year or so to lose the weight.

We have been looking at various options.  A couple of months ago, my friend Annie started talking about how Plexus made her feel. I just kind of watched for a while because I have lots of friends who participate in lots of different "health and wellness" companies.  I kept watching as Annie got rid of a messed up digestive system, migraines, anxiety, insomnia, and blood sugar problems.  She lost 20 pounds and 9 inches from her stomach in 3 months.

I kept reading Annie's updates--sometimes sharing them with John.  About a month ago, we decided to take the plunge.  If John doesn't lose a lot of this weight, we are afraid he won't be able to walk.

Honestly, at first we weren't sure anything was happening.  But slowly....things started to change.  I have lost 2 inches from both my waist and my hips.  TWO INCHES!!

John had to take his belt in three notches. THREE NOTCHES!I  In one month!

Plexus is not meal replacement program. We take Plexus Slim which is a powder that we mix with water. We also take ProBio (probiotic), and BioCleanse which contains magnesium among other things.

We joined as "ambassadors" to take advantage of wholesale pricing. We are excited to continue this journey. If you'd like to join us on the journey, check out my Plexus Page.

There is a coupon for $5 off any order right now! Promo code: BTS5. (Until August 31st).
