Fastest mile

I've been working on increasing my speed.  Today I hit another milestone. I ran a full mile at 4 MPH (a 15 minute mile!!).  I normally average about 3 MPH.  I've been doing some intervals, but I've never maintained that speed for more than 10 minutes.
